Commercial Roof Repair List is not a roofing company. It is a small, free service that connects the person responsible for a commercial building with a roofer who covers their area. This page explains every step, and how the service is paid for.

We look for a commercial roofer
We find one who covers your area and does the kind of work you described.
You hear who it is
We tell you the roofer's name and you decide whether your details go to them. Until you agree, they go nowhere.
Site visit and fixed price
They inspect the roof and price the work. Whether to go ahead is up to you, and any contract is with them, not us.
Who we are not
We have no connection with any company that trades under a name like ours. We do not inspect, repair, install or sell anything ourselves, and we do not list, rate or rank roofing firms.
What we will never do
- Charge you anything, now or later.
- Share your details with any roofer before you agree, or with more than the single roofer we name.
- Quote a price for your job. Only the firm can do that, after seeing the site.
- Add you to a mailing list.
Who pays for this
The roofer pays us a fee when we introduce a building to them. You pay us nothing, whether or not the work goes ahead.
About our prices and guides
The prices on this site are typical national ranges from published roofing cost guides, and each page says when they were read. Use them to plan a budget and to sense-check what a roofer proposes; only a roofer who has inspected the roof can price it. Notes on codes, OSHA and state rules are general information, not legal or engineering advice.
